Town & Country Property is a very familiar face on the Pattaya property-scene.
Our real-estate company established in 2003 and we are known for our diverse and accurate portfolio, professionalism and intense market-knowledge.
With RE/MAX we just added international value to our well-known brand.

In 2017 we moved offices to our brand-new “Property Factory” in Jomtien.

“RE/MAX TOWN & COUNTRY” centrally operates independently and is completely focused on real estate on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand.
Pattaya city and its direct surroundings including Jomtien of course, but also: Baan Amphur, Bang Saray, East Pattaya with Mabprachan Lake is our playground and specialism.

Negotiation skills

We are an intermediate as service-provider for buyers and sellers; tenants and landlords.
Our journey starts when we list new properties for sale or rent. We valuate most listings and set clear terms with their owners. We select properties that are attractive in price and presentation.
Overpriced inventory doesn’t sell and is basically wasting our time and our client’s time.
Once we matched a buyer or tenant with a home or condo of interest we close a deal.
We negotiate to reasonable terms resulting in a win-win situation for all involved.
This can only be done if you understand your market not your wallet.
