Whispering Palms is situated on the entrance to The Horseshoe Point Spa Resort & Country Club near the Maprachan Reservoir in Pattaya, just 15 minutes from Pattaya’s city center and Jomtien’s beaches.

Essentials
Whispering Palms is a gated private development with all-day-long security provided. The electric supply to each individual residence is underground (3-phase system); the garden-lined access roads are 12 meters wide and easy accessible for residents and guests.
All properties will include: full teakwood fixtures (wardrobes); European luxury kitchen with quality appliances; electric gates; air-conditioners; hot-water system; water pressurize-pump; underground water storage and individual water-well. The boundary walls of each parcel are made of beautiful cobble stones and gated with wrought iron quality fences and decorative ‘classic’ exterior light fittings.

Timing
Whispering Palms initially started design planning early 2004.
Meanwhile all infrastructure is in place; 4 villas are completely built and another 3 dwellings under construction. Those will be completed in November 2006. For the remaining residences we hope to start construction before end of this year. The project “Whispering Palms” is scheduled to complete before June 2008.
