As a single female buying a property in
a foreign country and not understanding the system.... I
was lucky to find myself in the hands of the
Town & Country Property Group.
Everything took place exactly how and when Town
& Country said it would.
I felt there was never a question too small
to ask and never felt uncomfortable about asking
for help or advice during my doing business with them,
or even afterwards, when I had purchased my house.

We are very satisfied with Town &

This year we bought a bungalow in Pattaya Hill Village
through KC from Town & Country. The whole procedure
went very smooth on a very friendly manner.
We bought this house to let.
T&C was happy to list this rental and registered
all details. KC informed us that he would try to find
a client for it, but couldn't make any promise or guarantee.
He took it all very serious.
The end-result is that our house is rented per July
2005 for a period of 2 years! T&C not only found
a client but took care of all paperwork and money transactions
as well. Since we reside in Holland , we just communicate
